RATING GUIDELINES

Please review the following performance rating categories. These are the guidelines for assessing employee performance:

  • Exceptional (5)
    Performance far exceeded expectations with superior quality work.
  • Exceeds Expectations (4)
    Performance consistently exceeded expectations with excellent quality.
  • Meets Expectations (3)
    Performance consistently met expectations with good quality work.
  • Improvement Needed (2)
    Performance did not consistently meet expectations.
  • Unsatisfactory (1)
    Performance was consistently below expectations and improvement is required.
